Services

Consultations are in-person and typically run around 30 mins. We'll chat about the scope of your project, your goals and challenges, and get a plan in place.
I ask that clients don't tidy beforehand so the biggest challenge points are readily apparent. That can be hard for some folks: I like to remind everyone that I bring lots of tools but zero judgement.

Virtual consultations are conducted via Zoom (or Facetime) and typically run around 30 mins. We'll chat about the scope of your project, your goals and challenges, and get a plan in place.

If you'd prefer to skip the consultation and dive right into work sessions that's fine by me, although in that case I do ask that you email or text a few full-room photos of the project area you'd like to tackle so I can get an idea of scope.

I’ve approached my pricing structure with an economic justice framework in mind as it is important to me that this work is accessible. I offer a sliding scale for my services: my hourly rate is 105, but I do come down as far as 75/hr to meet folks where they are financially. (Task support being the exception, as that range is project-dependent & varies widely.)
What this means for you: my clients self-select where they land on the range and let me know either during our consultation or at the time of service. At the end of our session, I’ll calculate & bill accordingly. I don’t ask for proof of income, I just ask that folks are fair to themselves and fair to me when they self-select.
If the scope of the project requires an estimate, folks identify their price point at the consultation or with a follow-up text/email before I get started on the estimate.

Hi! At the root of it, I help people carry less.
I offer organizing and downsizing services to folks who are overwhelmed, uncertain where to start, or who need a helping hand in their journey to simplify and streamline their homes.
I also support families, loved ones, fiduciaries and real estate professionals with estate clearing services focused on community-first rehoming and repurposing of items. You can learn more about my approach here: https://www.mindyourmatterorganizing.com/responsible-rehoming
I cover from Tacoma up to Everett, and on occasion farther afield depending on the scope of the project.
People choose my services specifically because they want the personalized care and effort I put into the handling of their belongings - as if a family member or trusted dear one was tackling the task. The care makes all the difference: I help your home - with heart!
